EJ 288 Indigo is designed by Erik Jørgensen Design Team, where the second generation of the Jørgensen family have drawn on their, and the company’s, great knowledge of craftsmanship. In 1970, Erik Jørgensen designed the classic EJ 220 sofa – the sofa that became not only one of the foundations in Erik Jørgensen Møbelfabrik’s collection but also the archetype for the classic Danish box-sofa.
Indigo is simplicity made exclusive, with large soft cushions that add a nonchalant look to the sofa and invite you to relax and spend hours of togetherness with your family. The curved armrest contributes to the sofa’s stepping away from the classic 1970s box-sofa and becoming its own modern version today. Indigo has new round legs in oak – a beautiful detail that gives the sofa a unique look.
