Most orders are handled by regular postal services for your convenience. We have selected FedEx and TNT as our main express shipping partners due to their reliability and high customer service including real-time tracking of your order. For oversized items, shipments are handled by one of our delivery partners such as DB Schenker or similar freight companies.
We offer free shipping on selected Accessories and Lighting with a value of €50.00 or more. Items with free shipping will be clearly shown in the cart. Due to the special requirements for furniture we offer simplified shipping rates based on the value of the order.

On each product page you will see an estimated time for delivery (or lead time) for the particular item. This time is a standard time when you as the customer can expect to receive the goods you have ordered. The time is calculated from when the order is placed and payment has been accepted. With non-furniture items a stock level is usually held in our distribution center, hence shorter lead times. However, furniture items that are manufactured to your specifications, unless otherwise stated, can take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
You (or the recipient) will be contacted by the shipping company to arrange for a convenient delivery date.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together.
