DePadova - Tattomi Chair by Ingo Maurer, Jan Armgardt, 1985

Tattomi Chair

Design: Ingo Maurer, Jan Armgardt, 1985

Three in one. Armchair, chaise longue and bed. Multiple functions made possible by changing the position of the different parts of the frame. Perfect for an unexpected guest or for a break that turns into a nap. One gesture and voilà, Tattomi opens and folds back up. Minimal lines of Japanese inspiration, because it stays close to the floor, an essential presence. Comfortable when you’re alone, to watch a good film. In the double version it’s even more comfortable, for couples or just friends.

Steel with elastic straps.

Variable-density foamed polyurethane and polyester wadding covered with polyester velveteen. For FR (Fire Resistant) versions: padding materials follow current regulations.

Lumbar Support Cushion
Polyester wadding covered with cotton cloth.

Base Runners
MDF, finished with matt black water-based or solvent-based paint.

External Cover
