Andrea Lounge Chair

Design: Claesson Koivisto Rune

The round and soft Andrea Lounge chair is designed by our Swedish architects Claesson Koivisto Rune. The lounge chair complements the Palladio family perfectly. The shape is like a blooming flower, equally pleasing to view from any angle and is very comfortable.

Because of its soft geometry and versatility in available fabrics and leg colours, the lounge chair blends in with any interior. The Andrea Lounge is also available as a higher dining and meeting chair. The chair also works well with the Palladio table, as the sloping armrests allows it to be pushed in under the table.

‘In the design, we have strived to achieve a soft, rather rounded, contemporary expression. It is proportioned to be both inviting and offers a high level of comfort’, Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune explain. ‘As well the sculptural qualities of the design, the main design feature is the way the legs rise up between the upholstered parts in a distinct fashion. This allows the possibility to play with fabrics in combination with the leg frame.’

Two-color version available. One color for the seat and back, and one color for the arms. The two colors must be of the same fabric.
